Our workshop has the latest and best professional tools and modern diagnostics combined with extensive experience across a wide range of bikes and components.
We are a Cytech accredited workshop and all our mechanics boast the highest industry qualifications as well as over 20 years experience in the trade.
Alongside everyday servicing and repairs, we undertake almost all specialist bike workshop jobs.
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times. Small repairs are typically completed the same day – often within an hour – while servicing usually takes just one to two days, even during peak periods.
You can get small repairs and adjustments carried out using our express service. No booking required and usually ready within one hour. Express repairs are available for:
- Puncture repairs and tyre fitting
- Gear indexing
- Brake pads fitting
- Small adjustments
- Other similar small jobs
We offer online booking for appointments or you are welcome to just walk-in with your bike.
Priority is given to advance bookings during busy periods.
All work carried out on a single item service or Level one, two or three service is fully guaranteed for fourteen days from date of collection. Any remedial work required after fourteen days has elapsed will be chargeable and is not covered by our guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover accident damage, misuse of the bike or transportation damage.
We will always test ride a bike upon completion of any work to ensure it is operating correctly and we recommend you also ride your bike as soon as possible after collection to ensure you are satisfied also.
Puncture repairs are guaranteed for twenty-four hours only.
All parts fitted carry a twelve month warranty against manufacturing defects but not against misuse or fair wear and tear.
Pre-paid appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be non refundable.
We always appreciate prompt collection of bikes upon completion of any work. A charge of £10 per week will be charged for storage up to four weeks from the date work was completed unless by prior arrangement. After four weeks bikes that are not collected will be donated to charity.
